Yoga

Our twice-weekly yoga class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am. Kaye Floyd is the instructor. For more information or to RSVP for the class, contact Kaye at (503) 930-1117.

Tai Chi

Our twice-weekly tai chi class meets Mondays and Thursdays at 10:15 am. Jill Corcoran is the instructor. For more information or to RSVP for the class, contact Jill at (503) 385-3257.

Beginning Tai Chi

Jill will be offering an introductory tai chi class one day a week, starting on Monday June 3rd and ending on July 22nd.  People who need walkers or to sit can also participate. The class will be from 10:15 to 11:15 AM on Mondays, cost is a total of $40.00 for 8 classes. If cost is a concern, please contact Jill to discuss a discount.
